We take our time because perfection can’t be rushed. Our Grass-Fed Beef Ragout is slow-cooked in two stages, simmering for a total of six hours to develop deep, melt-in-your-mouth goodness. Layered with velvety Besciamel sauce, perfectly cooked pasta, and aged Parmigiano Reggiano, this Lasagna is a comfort classic that satisfies every palate. One bite, and you’ll taste the tradition.
Ingredients
Angus Grass-Fed Ground Beef, Onion, Celery, Carrots, Bay Leaves, Cloves, Red Wine, Tomato Paste, Milk, Butter, Eggs, Flour, Rosemary, Sage, Mozzarella and Parmigiano Reggiano
Heating Instructions
For frozen food, fully defrost before following the heating instructions.
- Microwave: Small size – 2 minutes | Large size – 4 minutes
- Oven: 15 minutes at 400°F
- Pan: Add some olive oil and 6 tbsp of water, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes
