Lobster Ravioli w/Pink Lemon Sauce
The Lobster meat is skillfully sautéed with Onion, Garlic, and Cherry Tomatoes, then combined with Fresh Ricotta and aged Parmigiano Reggiano, finishing with a touch of Parsley. The ravioli are served with a Pink sauce that blends succulent Tomato sauce and Fresh Cream, enhanced with a hint of Nutmeg and a zest of Lemon peel. We invite you to judge for yourself!
Ingredients
Lobster meat, Ricotta, Parmigiano Reggiano, Parsley, Nutmeg, Lemon Zest, Onion, Garlic, Fresh Cream, Tomato, Carrots, Celery.
Heating Instructions
For frozen food, fully defrost before following the heating instructions.
- Microwave: Medium size – 2/3 minutes
- Pan: In a Pan add some Extra Virgin Oil. 4 tbsp off water add the Ravioli cover with the lid and let them warm up for about 5 minutes.
