Potatoes Gnocchi
Following Italian tradition, we craft our gnocchi by hand using Idaho potatoes, Italian durum semolina flour, rice flour, and a touch of salt—just like Grandma did. Gnocchi, meaning ‘knuckles,’ dates back to ancient Rome, but it wasn’t until the 16th century that potatoes gave us the pillowy bites we love today.

Our gnocchi are crafted by hand in the traditional Italian way, using Idaho potatoes, Italian durum semolina flour, rice flour, and a pinch of salt, just as grandmothers have done for generations.
