The history of Cannoli is uncertain, but it’s believed to have originated in Sicily during Arab rule. They were called “Cappelli dei Turchi” which means “Turkish Hats”. The recipe is a partnership between a creamy, tasty and heavenly inside part and a crunchy, yummy outside shell that is embracing a very great palate experience.
